#i hv seven months old daughter having hard stool problem unable to do poe since 2day kindly address my issue and advice me the diet chart .

You should include more of fibres and liquids into the diet of your child when you start giving food to the child that is going to help make sure to give good amount of water because that is going to help in better digestion of the food and motion would be proper that way
