I having gastric issue after my c sec, gas is emitted through downwards and foul smell is there. It's my second c sec. After first c sec also I was having the same issue. I am having twins on 1st delivery, we tried for normal delivery for 9hrs first time.(2yrs back). This time for 3hrs. Newborn is just 24 days.
