I have zero milk supply, my baby is going to be 2 months on 28th June. iam not able to breastfeed or pump. iam feeding Cow milk or formula how can I increase my breastmilk immediately.

A. hi mam ,low milk supply is caused by many different reasons like stress, incorrect latching, reaction to Medicine that you take, genetic etc so , mam ,I advise to don't give up easily and give more and more breastfeeds to your child. but make sure your child latches properly, I mean,the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child mouth at feeding time . avoid taking stress. massage your breasts with warm coconut oil in circular motion which stimulate your milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply.
