#i have yet not got my periods it's been 7months for my delivery so what can I do ?

Its normal and common due to hormone changes
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
