Q.
I have viral fever since 3days n my 10month baby has fever from last night.Can i brestfeed him ?his weight is 9kg.plz tell me the dosage of calpol drops ?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. yes take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor for child 1.2ml for fever
