I have two daughters first is 4 years old and second 1+ year old she's very poor for eating weight also less and not eating properly and sleep properly

as both are not having good diet and sleep, you need to check health issues like nutritional deficiencies or worm infection
give small and frequent meal
but don't force feed them
encourage them by serving food in kiddie plate like Babyhug brand kiddie plate
