Q.

i have two daughters. elder daughter is 2 years old. younger one is 3 months old. feeling so frustrated, angry, sad sometimes. how do i control my anger? moms...please shower some positivity.

A. tall to ur family, emotional support from neat n dear is equally important. Sleep or rest when your baby sleeps. Take healthy diet, read good books or engage in your favorite hobbies.
