Q.

I have twins, one week old. How much quantity of feed is my wife supposed to give to each of them on daily basis. If the amount of breast milk is not sufficient, how much proportion of top feed (Eg. Lactogen) can be given.

A. go for demand feeding that is if the child is able to tolerate you can gradually increase the milk . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
