I have twins daughters of 6 months and 3 days. they took my breast milk till they are 4 months. I feed them breast milk and formula milk. but from the 5 months I struggle alot to give them breast milk ( most of the time in this month they r on formula milk). may be they got Nipples confusion. so they were not feed from breast .so I pumped the milk and try to give them. but from 5 months my milk supply also decreased alot. now my milk supply is zero.they r completely on formula and just started semi solid food.so what I should do now? should I let it go like this or do something for breast milk.plz kindly advise. I am very much worried.

A. Hi parent formula is alright Give her more probiotics , seasonal fruits Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water, packaged and processed food, maida items, Use Simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
