I have twins 3 month old ,my baby have low weight what to do for fast weight gain. boy have gas problem after burp

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello dear what is his weight n birth weight..? feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed. If you're concerned, meet with a lactation consultant or your pediatrician.
