Q.

I have twin girls which are 3 months old now. From the beginning they are unable to latch on breast so i used to pump and give them milk either formula as a add on. Now I stopped pumping for 2 days and milk supply decreased very much. How should i incresse the supply again?

A. Shatavari powder you can take it is a good lactation supplement and if you either don’t pump or don’t feed directly then the body is going to reduce the feed over the period because your body gets assigned that no more is required so please take care if you need to feed you have to take proper supplements and keep feeding every day
