I have twin daughters, younger one don’t want to take breastfeed. What should I do to give her the same?

Keep the baby head a bit elevated while feeding and put whole of the nipple and most of the aerola in the babies mouth so that baby latches easily.. Feed in the comfortable position in which baby is comfortable sucking. U can also try to feed in sleeping position if ur baby is comfortable sucking.
