I have twin daughters, 10 months old. One of them has constipation, passes hard stool after 1 day gap, for the past 2 months. She starts to crying while passing stool which is very hard on her. Please advice.

A. Should give plenty of fibres and fluids to the child who is having constipation issue and start giving prune juice in the night before sleeping and start the day with a a glass of warm water along with that apply some castor oil before sleeping
