I have twin baby girls and they are 17days old, they are vomiting milk since a day though the burping was good, once vomit came out from nose aswell while they were sleeping. So we thought a U shaped pillow would help. But in google it was mentioned not to use pillow for infants. Can anyone tell me what can be done in this situation?

Vomiting at this age is completely normal 5 to 7 times in a day that’s mostly due to stomach reflux but in this case if your child is vomiting through the day both of the kids are than that could be due to indigestion please do not follow everything that is written on Google it would be risky for the child so as of now you can consult your paediatrician and give
