I have too much milk my breast is very hard very pain what can I do

A. put hot fomentation on the breast Express the breast milk and feed the baby take Dolo 650 if there is pain Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. You Can express it and keep it in storage and analyse and when required you can reheat and use it a lot of people do it this way it’s very convenient so even when you are travelling you can carry it along with you I think that’s one of the best ways to go about it
