I have this in my right leg and feel huge itching in this. any guidance pls

First of all it needs intense moisturising so massage the area with coconut oil and clean it daily with raw milk dipped in cotton and start applying cucumber and neem paste on the affected area and include hydrating fruits in your diet which are seasonal like oranges strawberries mosambi pineapple and start raking vegetables juice in the morning reduce milk and milk products have more plant based diet
