Q.
I have stopped my breakfast feeding one month back and I took medicine to stop my milk after that mild pain occurs sometimes in my breast but not regularly and my breast is soft only is this normal?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. you might have lumpy breasts for 5-10 days. A sore lump might indicate a blocked duct or the beginnings of mastitis. If this happens, try massaging the lumps or expressing a small amount of milk.Some mothers find their breasts start to feel full and uncomfortable a few days or more after they've stopped feeding, or expressing. Treating this fullness by expressing small amounts of milk every so often will help prevent it getting worse.
