Q.
I have stopped breastfeeding since months. since then my baby weight has reduced. I thought it's because of stopped breastfeeding. I feel bad. can I again start breastfeeding. I was pumping breastmilk earlier for breastfeeding. will I get breastmilk again if I pump. please help.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom ideally if you are able to produce good milk it would br ideal to feed till atleast one year of age, but now his main diet should be from solids as well , as you have stopped feeding and again if you start it might get a little difficult to wean him off
