Q.

I have started semi solid to my son as per Dr advice he said start suji kher but he is on formula milk so how can I prepare kheer with cow milk or formula milk

A. dear mum, hope your baby has completed 6 months. suji should not be introduced at the age of 6 months as it is a bit coarse. you can give rice kheer made with cow milk or any other milk. formula should not be used in cooking.
