Q.

As my baby is turns6 months he is on breastfeeding only so if I want to introduce him solid food like suji kheer in this which milk I can use?

A. Hello mom you may First introduce the baby to liquids first such as dal or rice water or vegetable soup or fresh fruit juices.. and alternate it with your feed .. as the baby is getting used to it you may move to semi solid and mashed foods . It can be made either with Water or your milk of formula
