I have started giving solids (one meal) for my 6 month old boy for. the past 2 weeks. but he is not sleeping well these days and he's showing hunger cues and takes BM frequently. Should I start another meal for him now or should I wait another 15 days?

A. Dear mum, you can add one more meal to your baby’s diet. After 6 months, you can give 2 to 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
