Q.

i have started giving cow milk to my baby. he is turned 11.5 months. he is constipated. pooping pebbles. can you tell me how to introduced cow milk to baby and how much it has to be diluted. and what shall be done to avoid constipation. #asktheexpert

A. Hello my dear parent! Any change in the diet will definitely affect your child’s digestive system. Ideally, outside milk should be introduced only after one year completion. Since there is discomfort in your baby, it is advisable to check with your doctor ones and seek advice. Good luck and take care.
