I have six month baby I want increases brest milk what to do any good thing

A. Hello ma’am Lactation capsules granules and have a really really good amount of water as that is the most helpful thing that you can go for apart from that if you want to go for any other thing you should consult your doctor like a lactation specialist maybe she can guide you better
