Q.

I have put on weight from 68 kg to 97kg during gestation period. after delievery it's been 4 months now my weight is not reducing. Why and when should I start focussing on reducing weight. am breastfeeding my baby. kindly suggest diet n excercise plan

A. hi well ,if you are having overweight above 70 kg or 90 kg then you can start doing exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery prefer to take green veggies, fresh fruits, sprouts etc more in your diet avoid taking junk food increase your fluid intake give plenty of breastfeeds to your child which help to burn out extra calories
