I have premature twins girls . How can I help to increase weight, Head circumference and length. Born weight 1.3 and 1.4 now after two months 3.6 and 3.7 kg Head circumference 30 and 31 cm, now 36 and 36.5 cm. length 48 and 49 cm, now 53 and 54 cm.

A. good morning the weight is actually very good as per the current age of the child so you don't have to worry absolutely because the baby has been able to gain a good amount since the time of birth
