ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. by this time.. you should try to give normal diet to your child.. breast milk alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child.. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Hello Ma’am Your child is almost 2 years old as per your description so it’s okay if you do not have sufficient breastfeed you can give regular cows and buffaloes milk to your child no issues with the same. But still if you want to increase your breast feed you can try on to the lactation capsules for sure
