I have pcod problem mam.i have red discharge before 3 days of my regular period then nly my bleeding is normal.what is the solution mam?? I have this problem since last year.due to this pandemic can't consult with doctor also

Q. Hello sir My name is Neha. I am 32 years old I have twins baby of 2 year 5 months old. Before delivery I was suffering from pcod so I have got irregular periods after delivery also my period was irregular that after 45 days or after 60 days.
