Breast pain can because of milk that is Forming You Can check by gently forming if there is a cyst like thing if Yes you Can Take Warm Water Damp a Cloth and Put it Or Massage In that area for a Few Mins. Try to press the area while go nurse your Baby or extract milk. 
If the Pain Persist I would Suggest to Take the Help From Doctor.

I have cough from month...by nearby physician advice used Grillunctus syrup...as cough didn't subside...have Ascoril...still cough persists but in low level....what should I do for this?

Gently massage the sore area before nursing.Use wet or dry heat on your breasts (a warm shower, water bottle, heating pad, or warm washcloth) right before feeding. ...Put ice packs or cool compresses on engorged breasts after feedings.Make the area where you feed your baby comfortable.
