I have one year old baby I decided to stop breastfeeding .. I have health issue ..what is the procedure to stop breastfeeding

The best and the correct way to quit on breastfeeding is that you should introduce a complimentary feeding to the child and get your child used to have that feeding more than your breastfeeding so this is the correct pattern that you should follow that is going to be the right thing to do
