but accha rahega ki aap variety of dal use kare kabhi whole dals bhi use kare .
saath mein kuch thoda vegetables add kare

That is one of the best food there is no problem it’s actually very healthy for our gut and light and easy to digest and good and protein at the same time but I hope you’re not repeating the same Dal every day try to give varieties of pulses to the child and combine some good vegetable along with it so that your child learns to have vegetables and Chapati as well
