I have not had periods for 3 months or am not pregnant. So is there any solution or reason for this? I am feeling very stressed because I have never been this late before.

A. hormonal changes needs evaluation hf. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
