I have not got any periods after 4 months of delivery also. I am doing only 3 times breastfeeding and the rest is formula milk as supply is low but still I am not getting my periods even after the baby turned 4 months. I am overweight also, please suggest - Is there anything serious?

A. dear Mum with bottle feeding or mixed feeding the periods are likely to return earlier as compared to when baby is only exclusively breastfeed you can consider visiting your gynecologist for any examination if required
