Q.
I have normal delivery on the 30th of March I'm suffering from stitches pain. I take care of everything as much as I can like 1)sitz bath with betadine/ potassium permanganate powder.✅ 2) using megaheal cream ✅ 3) taking antibiotics ✅ 4) maintain hygiene 5) for no constipation using looze syrup etc also visit dr. but not relief what should I do please help
