ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. wait till lmp. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially
