I have mistakenly given Nasivion Adult Nasal Spray to my 4months old baby..Is there anything to worry about?

So it’s not a problem because it is just a nasal water and that you can put into the note of your child even if you put into the nose of your child which belongs to the adult category also it is not going to create any trouble to the child so don’t worry about it
