Q.
I have low supply of breast milk since my baby is born. i m taking galact and pumping breast milk but at a time i only pump about half feeding worth only in every 2-3 hrs sometime not even that much. please give me some suggestions to improve the supply. thank you

RajasekarFather of a 2 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Try Lactare capsule or powder.. I had same issues and this helped me a lot.. take twice a day for 1 week then once every day for 15 days.. Stress is also one of the main reason for decrease in milk supply.. try to relax.. try garlic and fenugreek

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to make sure that you are using an electronic breast pump pump instead of manual this will help to make sure that you are not having so much of problem while pumping milk
