Q.

i have low milk supply my baby is not taking the formula milk and he is 3 month.... can i give him cow or buffalo milk?

A. Infants can not digest cow milk easily as they digest breast milk or a formula milk…For babies between 0-6 months old, the primary source of nutrition should be breast milk or formula. If breastfeeding is not possible or desired, infant formula is a suitable alternative. Try Dexolac Stage 1 It has FOS and 36 nutrients which is good for their gut health and immunity….

A. Hi mommy Give animal milk after one year as baby’s digestive system is still developing All baby formula has added vitamins, minerals and fats that babies need, which they can’t get from straight cow’s milk. Also, babies can’t digest cow’s milk as completely or easily as breastmilk or formula. The protein level in cow’s milk is too high for babies, so some is taken out for infant formula. For these reasons, you shouldn’t give cow’s milk to your baby as the main milk drink until your baby is over 12 months old.
