Q.
I have low milk supply.. How to increase it? I'm feeding frequently.. And night also.. But there is no increase in milk supply.. So my baby is in underweight.. Now I am giving formula milk also. Can you please help me?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl6 days agoA. Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that you can take three times in the day which would be very good for you to increase your lactation so take it accordingly and follow a healthy diet for yourself which is very important
