Q.

i have low lying placenta in 20 weeks of anomaly scan. what should I do to make my placenta up?

It does not become better but yes you can just take proper rest because it is not going to shift generally I’m just telling like this but yes if you take a proper rest and everything you have a better pregnancy for the coming time and do not take stress and anxiety because of aggravates issues unnecessarily

A. you just need to take proper bed rest, avoid lifting heavy weights more than 5 kg, don't do work which makes you physically tired basically you need to take proper rest
