Sowmya MMom of 4 children4 years agoA. actually the food intake very healthy and it consists of lots of green leafy vegetables and natural Indian spices and also if you are a non vegetarian you can take chicken mutton especially the leg soup and hot fomentation bathing good supplying mens rest everything matters a lot
