Q.

I have lack of iron content and also vitamin supply. so my face and lips turn into black. anyone suggest vitamin and iron supplements cannot affect breast feed

A. You can have tab zincovit , cap raricap, both daily once, tab in a day.. along with it focus on eating healthy diet with plenty of fluids . avoid stress.
