I have iui procedure today is 20th day of my iui but yesterday I do pregnancy test but it's negative but my period is still not come why

Maam did Dr tell you that how much time do you need to wait before taking the pregnancy test because sometimes doctors do advise you to wait for at least 25 to 30 days to get the confirm result as of now I would recommend you to kindly connect with your doctor again
