Q.

I have hypothyroidism from 10 years... now I am pregnant of 31 weeks .I have got my TSH value is 6.88 micro IU /ml ... till now I am using 150 MCG ... please suggest me .. should I increase the dosage or to continue the same..

A. best to see your doctor. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. for thyroid the best thing is to go for the Yoga meditation because this can help you out through out apart from this your level of thyroid is high but you should not take any medication without the guidance of the doctor
