reduce your salt intake up to 2 tsp / day.
reduce your oil / fat intake to 2 tsp / day.
include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses. milk, paneer, curd, unsalted buttermilk.
include variety of fresh, seasonal fruits and veggies.
include raw veggies salad in your meals.
avoid processed, junk, fried foods, carbonated beverages.
avoid foods that are packed and with refined flour.
maintain good water intake.
add small mid-meals after every 2 hours gap.

take green leafy vegetables fruits more.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
