Q.
I have her cough and cold and fever medicine.then after that she vomited everything. can I give her the medicine or not required

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the feverhi and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. No If your child vomited even after 10 to 15 seconds of taking the medicine the medicine would start doing its work there is no requirement to repeat the medicine as of now so please do not give any medicine before six hours to the child
