I have had small red, rough, keratin-like bumps on my hands for a long time. What would be a good medicine or cream to use for this?

Currently a calamine lotion would be a very good option for you to use but it’s going to be advisable for you to take an assistance with your doctor because you don’t need to know and understand what is the reason behind it as on that basis itself your doctor can give you correct medication and treatment to follow
