Q.
I have had a throat infection and a cough for the last 2 weeks, also my eyes are itching. My doctor gave me sinarest and citrizin, but No recovery. what to do now?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 month agoA. Start taking steam and you can have warm liquids like soups warm turmeric milk and besan ka sheera make it liquidy and have that it will sloth your throat abd stay hydrated keep sipping water abd take rest

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 month agoA. You can take steam regularly and you can also nebula yourself but medicines if you want to use any during nebulising you’ll have to crosscheck with your doctor in the first place as your gynaecologist can suggest you with the medicines to use
