Q.

i have got thyroid but not taking tablets regularly as prescribe by the doctor. will the thyroid grow or how to make it stop. any home remedies or foods which can help

A. See once you start taking medicines for thyroid there is actually no looking bag so you should take them regularly if you want to take them and otherwise I am going to advise you to look for some yoga posts they are very helpful to reduce down the levels of yoga specially if it is a hypothyroid
