I have got small small bumps on my tongue and also itchiness since one month I have done vit b12 test which is normal

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. this is also known as strawberry tongue and it is seen in multiple allergy as well as infection. you have to take a visit with your doctor who will examine the child and give appropriate medicine
