i have got an active acne near my right nipple. it pains and has got puss in it. what to do

as you have pus please visit your gynecologist for once
apply nipcare cream on it.
but always rinse it well before you start feeding.
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep that area clean
try different feeding position
or use nipple shield for time being
maintain good hygiene
